At SCG, the communities in which we live and work are important to us.  Effective corporate citizenship is a responsibility that we embrace throughout all areas of the company and the way we conduct our business. We demonstrate our commitment through financial contributions as well as the investment of our people, equipment and network.

During the holiday season, this commitment is strongly evident.  In partnership with sister company, EGL Eagle Global Logistics, SCG was pleased to continue a five year alliance and once again work with Hawkwing, a non-profit organization that offers assistance to the Lakota (Sioux) Cheyenne River Indian Reservation in South Dakota.  Each year, Hawkwing conducts a major collection drive that benefits over 3,000 children during the holiday season with donated toys, books, clothing and sundries.  SCG participates by donating the transportation services and equipment.
