CEVA Ground continues the tradition of excellence, innovation, and a commitment to service what were the hallmarks of SCG, The Select Carrier Group. Founded in 1998 as a scheduled service network for EGL, SCG expanded in 2000 into a dedicated fleet operation. Our rapid growth and success continued and in 2004, SCG began offering our services as a for-hire ground transportation provider. With the purchase of EGL by Apollo Management L.P. in 2007 and it's merger with CEVA Logistics, SCG became part of a dynamic multi-billion dollar 3PL focused on driving results. To further align ourselves with CEVA's overall focus on operational excellence, SCG was re-branded CEVA Ground in 2008.
